     SUBCHAPTER VI--SLUM CLEARANCE AND URBAN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
 
Sec. 910a. Authorization of loans, conveyances, etc., by 
        government and municipalities
        
    The government of Puerto Rico may assist slum clearance and urban 
redevelopment projects and urban renewal projects through cash 
donations, loans, conveyances of real and personal property, facilities, 
and services, and otherwise, and may authorize municipalities or other 
political subdivisions to make cash donations, loans, conveyances of 
real and personal property to public corporate authorities and to take 
other action, including but not limited to the making available or the 
furnishing of facilities and services, in aid of slum clearance and 
urban redevelopment projects and urban renewal projects.

                          Codification

    Section was not enacted as part of the Puerto Rican Federal 
Relations Act which comprises this chapter.
    Section 102 of act July 18, 1950, cited as a credit to this section, 
as applicable to Alaska and Hawaii, was classified to sections 480a and 
721a of this title.


                               Amendments

    1955--Act Aug. 11, 1955, included urban renewal projects.
