The words ``regulation prescribed'' are substituted for ``any
provision of any standard or other rule'' to eliminate unnecessary words
and because ``rule'' and ``regulation'' are synonymous. The words ``in
the case of any standard, rule, or other action under this subchapter''
are omitted as surplus.
