             CHAPTER 63--FARMER-TO-CONSUMER DIRECT MARKETING
 
Sec. 3006. Authorization of appropriations

    (a) For purposes of carrying out section 3003 of this title, there 
are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary.
    (b) For purposes of carrying out the provisions of section 3004 of 
this title, there is authorized to be appropriated $1,500,000 for each 
of the fiscal years ending September 30, 1977, and September 30, 1978.

                               Amendments
