                          TITLE 7--AGRICULTURE
 
               CHAPTER 19--COTTON STATISTICS AND ESTIMATES
 
Sec. 473c-2. Penalties for offenses relating to sampling of 
        cotton
        
    Any person violating any provision of section 473c-1 of this title 
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be 
fined not more than $1,000, or imprisoned not more than one year, or 
both.
