                 CHAPTER 25--EXPORT STANDARDS FOR APPLES
 
Sec. 584. Shipments of less than carload lots; exemptions

    Apples in less than carload lots as defined by the Secretary may, in 
his discretion, be shipped to any foreign country without complying with 
the provisions of this chapter.
