limited total number of special immigrants under section 1101(a)(27)(A) 
of this title, less certain exclusions, to 120,000 for fiscal years 
beginning July 1, 1968, or later.


                        Effective Date of Repeal

    Repeal effective on first day of first month which begins more than 
60 days after Oct. 20, 1976, see section 10 of Pub. L. 94-571, set out 
as an Effective Date of 1976 Amendment note under section 1101 of this 
title.
