This is a patch to ncftp-1.02 to use term (any recent version I think).
It is almost entirely the same code as the termftp patch currently on
tartarus.

ncftp is a "nicer" interface to ftp, and has lots of neat features.
It is available in comp.sources.misc, volume 35.

One thing you might want to take note of is that the anonymous password sent
by default will be based on your local hostname, not on that of the host you
are really coming from, so some ftp sites won't like you... you can however
set your anon-password using the 'set' command. (read the man page)

One variable is added to ncftp: compress. This toggles compression by term.
The default is OFF - do not compress data. Compression can be switched on
with 'set compress=1'
