Number2ascii - (C)1999 J. Lemmens

This is a small program that reads text from standard input and converts
Arabic numerals into English or Dutch.
I've made it because some speech synthesizers (like mbrdico) are not
able of speaking numbers.
A typical way of using this program is using number2ascii with screader.
Place the following line in screaders tts-file to use number2ascii
with mbrdico:

   `number2ascii | mbrdico.american`

or for a Dutch version:

   `number2ascii -n | mbrdico.dutch`
