Virtual file systems

Introduction

Virtualfs is a project aimed at providing more flexible file system access. It also opens the door to virtual file system where a synthetic view of files and data are organized in file systems usable by unmodified programs. Virtualfs is experimental, yet provides immediate benefit to Linux users.
