bzexe is a port for bzip2 of gzexe(gzip).

( Port is not a good term because it was to easy to do... more or less
only subst in the original gzexe script )

When compressing a file, a script is put at the front of the compressed
file.
then the file is unpacked in /tmp and lauched whith the same rights as
the original one.

see man page of gzexe in various distrib.
