Renato, try manually. Insert the module:

        insmod rtl ...

        cd /tmp/modules/preferred
        insmod rtl...

        ifconfig eth0 down
        ifconfig eth0 ${IPADDR} netmask ${NETMASK} up
        route add -net ${NETWORK} netmask ${NETMASK} eth0


Test with:

        # dmesg | less
        # ifconfig
        # ping
