I agree with you. I only was pondering about the sign. Why to add
+0100 after localtime? I think, should be better to add the timezone,
id. -0100.

In this case, the emails should show:

          12:49 -0100

pointing on the fact the UTC is 11:49 = 12:49 -1.


I'd like to conclude with a positive statement, but I can't
