I missing the point: rmdir is "rm -r"? I do not remember if
my busybox containt this command. If yes, then that it's enough:

                # ln -s /bin/busybox /bin/rmdir

Otherwise, create a little script called rmdir and put in it

                rm -r $@


I'd like to conclude with a positive statement, but I can't
