a new chapter is translated and ready to be visited by our english-experts;)
it's the chapter "shell-variables". i had some problems with how to call "caps"
"minor letters" the "_" sign etc. didnt find them in a dictionary.

by the way, are the chapters translated by shock OK, or need they some
correction? otherwise i would like to archive them.
