Program:	kick

Usage:		Used to re-try various connections with Demon hosts when using
		a linux pc with John Philips demon for slackware set-up.
		Similar to ka9q stuff for dos pc's.

Arguments:	
		all	- re-tries mail (client and server), time and news
			- all is the default

		mail	- re-tries mail (client and server)

		time	- re-sets time to match Demon

		news	- re-tries news host (which ever is already configured)

Notes:
		- Probably best to put this in /usr/local/sbin along with
		  start.dip, etc.
		- It will also need to be owned by root
