What is this?

    This is Fortify for Netscape, a program that provides world-wide,
    unconditional, full strength 128-bit cryptography to users of
    Netscape Navigator (v3) and Communicator (v4).

    If you routinely use Netscape's web browsers, and you live outside
    the U.S. and Canada (or if you dislike having to complete an
    eligibility declaration to get Netscape's domestic grade browsers),
    then you need Fortify.
