Description :

Vga controller that we want to designed is an IBM VGA compatible
graphics controller specifically designed to allow colour flat panel
displays to be used in IBM PC compatible systems. The displayed data
may also be read serially from the on-chip RAM.

Specifications :

• 16 bit memory for fast display updating in AT systems, 5 bit memory for address and 1 bit memory for read and write flags
• Pixel clock speeds up to 90MHZ from on-board clock synthesiser
• Up to four bits per colour can be output directly for display with internal colour greyscaling
• Power supply of VDD is 5 V - 12 V
