[cdrom] OpenTech Invoice

Hi all,

There are many people ask me for an Invoice for the
OpenTech cdrom order, but in fact I am not doing any
commercial work. you can consider this work as freind
to freind work. I collect and copy teh cdrom for you
and you send me the cost of the copying thats all.

Eventhough, I wrote a simple invoice and I do not
think I can write more than that
