I may be interested in a board with the following consilderations:

1.  I'm checking with my sources to see what the parts cost will be and
how much skill it will take to asemble. (any comments would be welcome)

2.  I don't have any way to synthesize/download designs for xilinx.  their
tools cost way to much.

3.  for the above reason and so as not to be tied to one manufacture could
we do an altera refrence platform?
