[oc] dos attack

Hello,

for the last two days opencores.org was under heavy dos attack resulting
is slow response of web service and even slower response of mail subsystem
(including mailing lists). Old emails should arrive on all mailing lists
with 2 day delay.

Some people really don't have anything useful to do.

PS Next week we'll replace opencores' server hardware (old pentium) with
dual PIII 900MHz. This should improve quality of the services.
