I would never attempt to make such a statement =).  

However, my current project will be utilizing cores that are only 
available in Verilog.  Also, due to a few things I have planned, Xilinx 
suggests it might be easier to use Verilog since their testbenches (for 
PCI Express) are only Verilog right now.

Anyway, I have done VHDL, and I'm going to go for the switch, at least 
for this project.

So does anyone have any good suggestions for references?
