[ethmac] SoC bus

Hi folks,

some time ago there was discussion what kind of SoC bus interface to
use. Some other cores will use Wishbone SoC bus which is the only open
and free SoC bus (even more open as CoreConnect or AMBA). Specification
for it is available at http://www.silicore.net/wishbone.htm. We plan to
have bridges for AMBA, CoreConnect and maybe other SoC buses
eventually.
