[ethmac] DMA implementation

Hallo

I'm using the opencores code to implement the Ethernet MAC core on a FPGA. 
All the module work except the DMA module. Can you please help me?

I'm using MAXPLUS II Verilog compiler to code the system. The rest of the 
module are working in the MAXPLUS II enviroment. The error is that the 
compiler can't find a init. source node.
