[ethmac] small typos

Igor,
      Pardon my naivette, I dont know how things are done
here (yet). Please feel free to correct and instruct me.

    I read thru the Ethernet Spec, in preparation to assisting 
the effort.I found some very minor typos. Rather than blow them off,
I attached them in a file. 
    Spec was very good. I think the small number and minor nature 
of these typo's is a testament to the quality of spec.

		TX Control Signals.
                Should be RX Control Signals ?
