[openrisc] DSP instructions

Finally I compile gcc and binutils. I have been making test with the
compiler and the assembler. When I add a asm("") directive to the
compiler he generates the asm code. 
If I use DSP extensions the assembler only assemble orders without a
_. For example:
If I try to assemble lv.add.b it works fine, but if I try to assemble
lv.any_ne.b the assembler said he dont understand the opcodes. I have
been looking at /binutils/opcodes/or32.c and those instructions are
added so they must work.
