[openrisc] Building tool chain

Hi guys,

Appreciate any help on this one.

I've managed to build the binutils but I'm getting an error - no rule to 
make target `../../gcc-3.1/gcc/config/or32/or32.S', needed by 
`libgcc.a' - when trying to make gcc.

I checked out everything with CVS yesterday (20th Jan).

I'm running Red Hat 7.3 with 2.4.18-3 of the kernel and have the 
following (all bundled with Red Hat 7.3):
autoconf 2.13
automake 1.4-p5
bison 1.35
yacc (don't know)
flex 2.5.4
gcc 2.96
