[fpu] Calculation Flow changes

Hi,
Due to unballanced branches in the Adder flow chart
(one branch for special numbers and one for normal
calculations) "The flow chart is located at
./fpu/add_flow.ps" I suggest to perform all
calculations without considering the nature of the
input operands. After getting the result I will check
for specail numbers and exceptions. In this case the
result will take the same number of clocks
disregarding the inputs.

Do you have any suggestion?

I'll upload the codes to the CVS soon.
