The constraints:
You can delete TS_CLK_2_CRT_CLK and TS_CRT_CLK_2_CLK specifications or set
them to larger value.
COMP "TRDY" OFFSET=OUT 10 nS is wrong and I'm sorry for that - it should be
set to 11 as all other ios.

Slices:
The number of slices used depends on synthesis tool. We didn't use Webpack.

Instances that can't be found:
Generated instance names can differ between different synthesis tools, that
is why this errors occur.
You can delete those lines (as you already did) and select an option to pack
io flip-flops into iob in your tool.
(Don't ask me where, cause I'm not familiar with it).
