[usb] I am desperate! Please give me a help on USB2.0!

Dear expert:

     I am testing the USB2.0 core. But I met some problems.
    I have filled the endpoint registers and set UTMI interface
such as: usb_vbus_pad_i=1 and Line_state_pad_i in J states.
And I also give a reset to core with wishbone interface.
But the attached flag is still 0 which means it is unattached
and don't work. Please give me a help! 
    Due to the lack of test bench, I lost too much times!
