[ethmac] questions about test result

Dear all,
  When I simulate the MAC IP OPEN Core in Modelsim, I find some FAILED 
reports in eth_tb.log.
They are:
case 1.MAC FULL DUPLEX TRANSMIT TEST:TEST 10、11、12、13、14、15
case 2.MAC FULL DUPLEX FLOW CONTROL TEST:TEST 3

Who has a successful simulation experience?
Are those failed reports intentional?or bugs?
Any help will be awfully appreciated.
