ISO 8882 TTCN-MP Disclaimer

1) IBM shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the
   ISO 8882 TTCN-MP test suites in in good working order, but does not
   warrant it will do so. The ISO 8882 TTCN-MP test suites are provided
   "AS IS."

2) IBM makes no warranty expressed or implied with respect to the
   ISO 8882 TTCN-MP test suites, including the implied warranties
   of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

3) Neither party shall be liable to the other for lost profits, lost
   savings or other consequential damages, even if that party has been
   informed of the possibility of such damages.  Neither party shall be
   liable for any claim against the other by any third party.  Neither
   party shall be liable to the other for damages resulting from causes
   beyond its control.

4) Use of these ISO 8882 TTCN-MP test suites shall not be construed as
   conferring any rights to use in advertising, publicity or other
   marketing activities any name, trade name, trademark, or other
   designation without the express written approval of IBM.
