Route Origination class for RouteRedistributor instances. Provides hardwired time constants for route expiry (never) and deletion (default value).

Retrieve number of seconds before routes associated with this RedistRouteOrigin expire.

Returns: Always returns 0 as redistributed routes persist until explicitly expired.
