The Rainbow DTD is currently in version 2.2 as of 21 February 94, but most
Rainbow generators support version 2.1.

	Rainbow.why (rainbow.why)
		An essay outlining the motivation behind Rainbow.

	PUBLICITY (publicit.txt)
		Pointers to places where Rainbow is being discussed.
		We invite you to let us know of items we've missed.

	NEWS-ARCHIVE (newsarch.txt)
		A complete archive of the email news messages that have
		been sent to members of the Rainbow mailgroup.  This allows
		new members of the Rainbow community to quickly become 
		active members of the Rainbow culture.

	Rainbow-2.1.dtd (rbow2-1.dtd)
		Revision 2.1 of the Rainbow DTD

	Rainbow-2.1.ps (rbow2-1.ps)
		PostScript(TM) representation of the Rainbow documentation,
		which is actually a richly-annotated rev 2.1 DTD.

	Rainbow-2.2.dtd (rbow2-2.dtd)
		Revision 2.2 of the Rainbow DTD

	Rainbow-2.2.ps (rbow2-2.ps)
		PostScript(TM) representation of the Rainbow documentation,
		which is actually a richly-annotated rev 2.2 DTD.

		SGML declaration describing variant concrete syntax used
		by Rainbow.

	Rainbow-maker-DOS (rainmake.dos)
		DOS executables that generate Rainbow.
