This is a oficial patch part 9 for X11R5/contrib/im/Xsi from OMRON Corporation.
Files are "patch9-0" and "patch9-1". This patch is to patch8.

This patch was confirmed on mit-patch-level-21.

 - Functions are added.
  - xwnmo
    - Supports ximconf file in which informations of locale are described.
    - Support multi screens.
    - Uses cvt_xim_tbl instead of cvt_meta_tbl and cvt_fun_tbl for control
      Meta, Shift and Ctrl.
    - Supports interfaces for setting frequencies and ima-bit.
    - Supports CS3.
    - Supports visible/invisible of the window for Root-mode.
    - Supports visible/invisible of the exit window.
    - The command 'killxwnmo' for killing xwnmo is added.
  - uum
    - Supports the key table(cvt_key_tbl.at) for AT keyboard.
    - Supports CS3.
    - Supports interfaces for setting frequencies and ima-bit.

  - jserver
    - Removed the limit of number of parts of speech.
  - jutil
    - atod/dtoa/wdreg/wddel support CS3.
 
 - The following bugs were fixed.
  - Kana-key input on uum.
  - LIBDIR was invalid for cserver.
  - Selection of parts of speech on uum.
  - Compiling errors for HP-UX 9.0.
  - Changing parameters on uum and xjutil.
  - Conversion about cns11643.
  - Return values of signal() on uum.
  - Core dump on wnnstat with -e option.
  - Overwriting about setrkfile on xwnmo.
  - Resizing second time on uum (SYSV).
  - Deleting Kanji codes with BS on uum (SVR4).
  - Code conversion on uum in case of LSB machines.
  - SIGINT on libwnn.
