Ruler 1.0 -- A ruler to display along the edge of drawing canvases.

  The Ruler widget displays a ruler, complete with tic marks and
  labels.  A pointer may be displayed to represent a value along
  the ruler.

  Further, the ruler can be grabbed with the mouse and scrolled.

  See Ruler.man for more information.

  This package includes Frame widget


HOW TO BUILD

  It should be sufficient to type
	
	xmkmf ; make

  This will build the Ruler widget and a demo program.

  Alternatively, makefiles for Solaris, SunOS and Linux have been
  provided.

  To view man page:

  	tbl Ruler.man | nroff -man
