Abstract
Several new characterizations of strongly irresolvable topological
spaces are found and precise relationships are noted between
strong irresolvability, hereditary irresolvability, and
submaximality. It is noted that strong irresolvablity is a faint
topological property, while neither hereditary irresolvablity nor
submaximality are semitopological.
