[oc] OCIDEC Slave core



I am in search of an ATA (UDMA IDE Device) cores for both Host and Slave.

The following is a CC of a dialog beteen Richard and me.

So you also need a slave, besides the host. I know people were talking 
about it. I don't know if anybody implemented one yet. Try posting this 
message at the cores mailing list cores@opencores.org. You reach more 
people and increase your chances of getting a positive response.
