Did you ever had worked with linux, or it's your first beginning? I'm
already using mulinux for a long time, and I think, mulinux is very well
for beginnings in learning Unix. If you need Documentation, you'll find
a german Version on http://home.germany.net/101-61706/unix-tutorial
I have also the downloaded Version, if you want, I can send it by PM
