RE: [oc] assembled OCRP1 boards

Hi Roy,

1. Iīm open for your suggestions about what should be preloaded on the
flash of the board.
2. we think about attaching a CD-R with the boards holding "some" information.
3. I hope I donīt misunderstand you: the sources are on the opencores web
site. pre compiled stuff we might include as well. For some functions of
the board the xilinx code does not exist yet - so we will just do JTAG and
other testing in order to ensure the proper functions of the boardīs
components.
4. in a few words: this is not a plug and play system yet. But I hope that
we all together can turn it into one.
For those who just want to write software for the CPU we plan to include
what is necessary. For those who want to compile VHDL or Verilog stuff a
compiler/syntheziser and the Xilinx software for generating the Xilinx code
is necessary.

I know that this is not a perfect answer. Anybody is welcome to comment it
and tell your wishes.

Also there was the question about shipping:
shipping is by registred air mail of express service and the board is
insured for the travelling :-)

Best regards
Joerg
