[oc] Interface Monitors

I'm very interested in writing interface monitors. The basic ideia is to 
write a module that watches the interface of a block and flags any 
violation. This type of monitor would probably be used for simulation and or 
verification. I was wondering if people in the opencore project is 
interested in this kind of thing.
