[oc] PS/2 mouse & keyboard Wishbone core

Hi!

I'm working on a PS/2 generic core for interface with mices and keyboards.
The core is now full functional and is working very well on a real FPGA.
Very soon it will have also an Wishbone interface.

As is a self-educational project, i will like to publish it as free. Is it
possible to include it in the Opencores web as Wishbone compatible ? What
requeriments are neccesary  ?
