Maria,

in the new arch manual version 1.0 I used or1k_isadesc.h file that you have
provided to me. I can't remember right now what or1ksim does, it might sign
extend if I remember correctly (but not sure!). Anyway l.xori description in
compiler sign extends immediate. So or1200 RTL will properly executed
compiler generated code. Can you check what or1ksim does?
